2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver our products across India through our authorised logistics and courier partners.
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, PIN code, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Arogya Herbals may offer free shipping during selected promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
4. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
COD availability may depend on the delivery PIN code, order value, courier service availability, and other applicable conditions.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner may make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
Please ensure that the name, delivery address, PIN code, and contact number provided during checkout are accurate.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
While we make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our control.

We will coordinate with the relevant logistics partner and assist you with the status of your shipment.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or videos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The product
- Any visible damage or leakage
- The complete package received
This information may be required to investigate the issue with our logistics partner.
9. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies.
10. Changes to Delivery Address
Please carefully verify your delivery address before completing your order.
If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
